My approach is all about slowing down and capturing the magic in the in-between moments, the curled fingers, the sleepy snuggles, the way your baby melts perfectly into your arms like they were always meant to be there.

Forget stiff posing or cookie cutter setups. I lean into natural light, soft palettes, and textures that feel lived-in and soulful. The space is styled to feel like a quiet exhale inviting, grounded, and serene so you can relax and soak in these fleeting moments with your little one.

Not all new parents want photos of labor and delivery, but many still hope to capture the precious details of their newborn within the first week. One great thing about a Fresh 48 session is that it can be scheduled during daylight hours or when new siblings and loved ones first meet the baby. Fresh 48 sessions take place at birth of birth.

Embracing our mistakes is where all the magic happens, and some of the most memorable moments come from those so-called "imperfect" times. I will be there capturing every second and creating art to look back at years later.

  • WHAT TIME DOES MY SESSION START?

    I always schedule my outdoor sessions during the Golden Hour, which is the hour before sunset. The lighting is so beautiful and flattering, it really brings out the best in everyone and everything! The timing varies depending on the time of year and the location we choose, but it's always worth it.

    Newborn & studio sessions typically take place mid morning.

  • WHERE WILL MY SESSION TAKE PLACE?

    Outdoor sessions are at a location within the DFW area that we choose together during the planning process. The location depends on the vibe you are looking for, whether it's lakeside, field, pine trees, etc.

    Newborn sessions will take place outdoors (weather permitting) or in a natural light studio located in the DFW area (Studio time must be added on).

  • IS THERE A RETAINER FEE TO BOOK?

    To secure your date and session time, all sessions require a $250 non-refundable retainer and a signed contract. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. Contracts and invoices are done electronically.

  • CAN I PRINT MY IMAGES?

    If you decide to get your photos printed somewhere else, just a heads-up that some places like Rite Aid, Target, Shutterfly, etc., might tweak the colors of your edited photos without asking. This could make the prints look more red, orange, or dull compared to what you see on your screen. I really want you to be thrilled with your printed photos, so if you choose not to use my lab, I'd suggest going with a professional print shop instead of a budget-friendly one.
